Mezcal tasting (ENGLISH)

TASTING GIVEN IN ENGLISH.

We will immerse ourselves in the state of Oaxaca through the Palomo house, the family of Doña Gerarda Sernas and Don Víctor Méndez, who have been cultivating and producing artisanal mezcal for three generations. We will taste Palomo Espadín , Palomo distilled with Coffee , Palomo distilled with Mole ,Palomo Pechuga, Palomo Madrecuishe, Palomo Tepeztate , and as a bonus, a Cascahuín Plata Tequila , from the state of Jalisco and cultivated in the "mountain of light", a region with large mineral deposits in the soil that acts as a lightning magnet during thunderstorms.
