  • What are your opening hours?
    Our opening hours are from 1 p.m. to 2 a.m. Monday through Friday and from 12 p.m. to 2 a.m. Saturday and Sunday. We open the kitchen uninterruptedly all day until 1 a.m.
  • Do you make reservations?
    Sorry, no! Not for groups or special events. We are open all day! An excellent tip is to arrive as close to opening as you can or during off-peak hours. At 9:00 p.m. you will most likely have to wait to enter and 9:30 p.m. with the limited hours due to COVID is not a good time and you will not be able to enter. A little planning saves a lot of waiting! If you plan to go with a group please read the IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR GROUPS.
  • Are you open today?
    We are open most of the time! We are only closed on the following days: June 23 (evening) June 24th December 24th, 25th, 26th and 31st January 1st and 2nd If there is a technical problem that does not allow us to provide service. And some night when we do our annual Christmas dinner and this is announced in advance by Facebook. All other days, including holidays, we are open. When in doubt, any notice is given through Facebook.
  • What is your phone number?
    We don't have any. For any comment or question that is not resolved in this text, you can contact us through Facebook Messenger.
    The limit of people per table is 6 in El Pachuco and 16 in La Pachuca. If you plan to go in a group, we ask you to take into account that out of respect for the people who are waiting, we only assign places in the restaurant to those who are present. This means that if there are 10 people and 1 arrives, that person can go alone but the table for 10 will not be assigned. If 6 arrive out of a group of 10, only the table of 6 will be given, and if the others arrive late they will have to wait until the capacity of the place allows them to pass. There are many people waiting to pass and this is aimed at making a more efficient service for everyone. Bottom line: get there together and early!
  • Estoy buscándolos en Glovo y no aparecen.
    Si alguno de los restaurantes no aparece puede ser que estemos sobrecargados de trabajo y esté detenido temporalmente, pero la mayoria de las veces es cuestión de Glovo... Tiene sus radios de alcance y los aumenta o disminuye según la demanda. Si te pasa esto, hay 4 opciones: 1: Si ya has pedido antes y sabes que llega, intenta esperar un rato y a veces reaparece cuando Glovo sale de sus horas pico. Si nosotros lo tenemos desactivado lo reactivaremos a la brevedad posible. 2: A veces en el app no sale pero si entras por navegador sí. 3: Si estás intentando con El Pachuco, intenta con La Pachuca y viceversa! 4: Puedes pedir un Express Delivery con Glovo y ahí no hay problema de distancia. Asegúrate de avisarle al courier que sólo aceptamos efectivo para que no haya problemas ni retrasos! :)
  • Tengo un problema con un pedido de Glovo
    Aún cuando trabajamos juntos, Glovo es una empresa independiente y no tenemos control sobre todos sus procesos. Nosotros somos responsables del producto hasta que deja nuestro local, una vez que está en manos del Courier es responsabilidad de Glovo. Si tienes algún problema con la entrega por favor comunícate directamente con Glovo. Si hay cualquier cuestión con tu pedido que consideres debemos de atender nosotros, con todo gusto podemos ayudarte a través del Messenger de Facebook.
  • Are there vegetarian/vegan/gluten-free options?
    All our food is gluten-free since we work only with corn. We have several vegetarian dishes, and others that we can adjust to be vegetarian or make them vegan. There is something for everyone here!
  • Can I see the menu?
    Of course! El Pachuco La Pachuca
  • Do you have a menu of the day/menus for groups?
    No, we always work with the same menu.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    You can pay with cash and with your phone by scanning a QR code to pay via Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Revolut. We do not accept credit cards or restaurant vouchers.
  • Do you make home deliveries?
    Yes, through Glovo!
  • Can I place an order and come pick it up?
    Yes, Glovo has a local pickup option. We do not take orders by any other means.
  • Do you accept dogs?
    Yes, we love them! However, we do have some conditions for them to visit us. They must be leashed at all times, next to you, out of the way and behave well on the premises. No barking. During rush hours if the dog is very large we cannot allow it to enter El Pachuco, due to the size of the premises, but we can allow it in La Pachuca. We will be happy to welcome you :)
  • Do you do catering for events?
    No, we're sorry! :)
